Main Module for Vessels and Vessels Visits

1	Vessels Master File	Register of all vessels that have visited the port, are currently in the port or that are expected to arrive. List can be sorted by Vessel Name, GRT, LOA, Call Sign, Lloyd’s Number and Account Code of owner / operator.
2	Search for Vessel	Search by name or key words within a name
3	Add Vessels or Edit Vessel’s Details	Details about Vessels: Maintain Vessels’ Master File
4	Memo about vessel	Additional information in free text such as previous name, facilities for loading and discharging etc.
5	Vessels’ Visits	List of all visits of the vessel that is selected in the master list. Can be sorted by Rotation Number, Arrival Date, Last Port, Next Port, Departure Date, Voyage Number and Account Code of operator.
6	Memo about Vessel’s Visit	Additional information about visit in free text such as berthing instructions
7	Menu for recording transactions during the Vessel’s Visit	a) Details of Vessel’s arrival and departure b) Details of Vessel’s Movements within the port during a visit c) Records about the vessel’s Cargo Manifest d) Records of Services (e.g. water, electricity) provided to the vessel e) Pro Forma Invoice f) Whiteboard: Daily status of vessels in port, vessels movements in the port and expected arrivals g) Dangerous Cargo: Manifest for dangerous cargo
